The conversion to a monthly retainer ensures that I am available when needed to effectively handle your cases. Below are some pertinent details to answer questions you may have.

The retainer applies to all services - document drafting, research, litigation, contracts, etc.
2.
Flat fee services, such as uncontested divorce packages and certain contracts, will also be applied to the retainer.
3.
The current hourly rate remains the same and will be applied to the retainer.
4.
The retainer is due in full each month.
5.
An unused retainer balance will be rolled over to the next month.
6.
You will receive an invoice every 30 days, or sooner if retainer is depleted before 30 days.
7.
You may select a different retainer amount each month depending on your anticipated level of need.

Recommended for attorneys who require approximately five (5) hours of assistance per month.

Moderate
Recommended for attorneys who require approximately ten (10) hours of assistance per month.

Recommended for attorneys who require approximately twenty (20) hours or more assistance per month.
