Hourly Rate

Monthly Retainer

 

A monthly rate is the most cost-effective option for solo practitioners and in-house counsel or businesses in need of a dedicated person to manage litigation and contracts in order to meet deadlines and the competing demands of litigation and other legal and business matters. Most clients take advantage of the monthly retainer option.

 

Flat Fee

 

Flat fees are available for standard contracts, uncontested divorces and landlord/tenant matters in New York, and notary services in Florida.

 

Daily Rate

 

Daily rates are available for second chair at trial, on-site assistance, and speaking engagements
